Licensed Crew Builds Steadily From the Valley Floor to the High Sierra

Homeowners from Roseville to Lake Tahoe are turning to one licensed general contractor for everything from kitchen remodels to ground-up custom homes — and, our sources report, the coffee at the jobsite is usually decent, too.

S Construction is a licensed California general contractor working the length of the I-80 corridor, from the valley rooftops of Roseville up through the Sierra foothills to the shores of Lake Tahoe. The firm takes on custom homes, remodels, additions and the kind of unglamorous repair work — dry rot, water damage, structural fixes — that keeps a house standing through another winter.

Unlike outfits that subcontract everything and disappear after the deposit clears, JS Construction keeps one crew on the job from the first chalk line to the final nail. Clients get a written bid before a single board is cut, weekly updates while the work is underway, and a walkthrough when it's finished — no surprises buried in the fine print.

"Clear bids. A crew that shows up. A clean site at the end of the day."

That approach matters more the higher you climb. A deck built for valley summers has to survive Sierra snow loads; a foundation poured in Auburn sits on different ground than one poured in Truckee. JS Construction plans for the elevation it's building at, not a generic spec sheet — which is, local homeowners say, the difference between a remodel that lasts and one that doesn't.

About the Firm

wned and operated by {{OWNER_NAME}}, JS Construction is a licensed California general contractor working the I-80 corridor from Roseville up to Lake Tahoe. The firm was built on a simple promise to local families: show up, bid straight, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.

With {{YEARS}} years building across Placer, Sacramento and El Dorado counties, the crew has seen most of what a Sierra foothill house can throw at a contractor — and has the permits, the references and the license to prove it.
